A Long History
In 1971, Elise's grandfather, Dale Cole, built the facility to make extra income for him and his wife. He had to cope with his farm land's high property taxes. After his passing, the facility was named Dale Park Storage in his honor.
Dale Park Storage was owned by Elise's Uncle Justin and Aunt Carrie Cole, until they had to move to Erda, Utah to raise their family. They sold the facility to Elise's parents, Pratt and Brenda Cole. After managing the facility for about 6 years, Elise became the company's new owner in August 2014.
New Name, Same-Old Values
Although the company's name has been changed, it will continue to be one of the most trusted and longest locally and family-owned self-storage facilities in Salt Lake City. Elise is devoted to carry on the family tradition of providing excellent service to each of her clients.
Giving Back to the Community
Elise, through the units, has been an official members of the West Jordan Rotary Club since August 2009. They have also been taking part in the Rotary Literary Program for almost ten years now. Here, they donate dictionaries to third grade students across South Salt Lake Valley.
Helping U-SA Cares for Life
One of the facility's 58 units has been donated to the life changing organization, U-SA Cares for Life. This will continue to be used for their fund-raising events.
